Please carefully check our Size Guide and confirm your size before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or exchanges if you receive:

- A damaged product;
- The wrong item or design;
- Missing items from your order.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, refund, or exchange, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
We may not be able to approve your request without sufficient photo or video evidence.
3. Used Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn, applied, used, or altered, except where the product has a confirmed defect or error caused by us.
Please do not use or apply the nails if you believe there is an issue. Contact us first with photos or videos.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Please do not send any products back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
If the issue is caused by the customer, such as incorrect size selection or personal preference, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
